Terms And Conditions
All clients are required to read and comply with terms & conditions set out below before the start of the treatment.
Opening hours & Bookings
Oasis Beauty & Spa is open from 9am till 6pm onTuesday, 10am till 3pm on Wednesday , 11am-8pm Thursday and Friday and 10am till 4pm on Saturday. Bookings made outside these hours will incur additional 50% charge. We reserve the right to alter opening hours without prior notice. Bookings can be made during usual opening hours by calling us 07927384408 or online booking. By booking an appointment client accepts terms, conditions and GDPR regulation.
Course of treatments
All courses must be paid in full at time of booking or first visit and completed within 3 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments or cancelled in less than 48 hrs prior to the treatment may result in treatment deducted from your course.
Refunds and Exchanges
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Oasis Beauty & Spa. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Punctuality and Courtesy
Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, all appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied. All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment if it is your first appointment at the salon. We require this time for you to complete a personal consultation card, this document is 100% confidential and is used for treatment purposes only.
Cancellations & Deposits
Please note 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations, deposit will be needed to reserve next appointment. The amount of deposit depends on duration of appointment: 30mins-£5 1hr- £10. £20 deposit is required in case of any facial appointment. For visits worth over £100, we require 50% of charge as deposit. To complete the booking , the client has 24h to pay deposit in person or to the bank account. Cancellations should be made by calling us on 07927384408 or text message. If the client does not show up to the next appointment without further notice or does not provide enough to notice to cancel/reschedule their visit, the deposit will be lost completely.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for services only Tuesday to Saturday. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher handed to the therapist at the start of your treatment. You are not under obligation to use the full value of your vouchers during one session. Late cancellation and “failure to show” terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed against aesthetic medicine treatments or any other companies working within Oasis Centre
We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. Current price list is available on our website oasisbeautycentre.co.uk and at the salon.
Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Salon.
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including but not limited to pregnancy, lactating, metal parts in your body and cancer prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon.
To respect the relaxing environment we wish to create and also to comply with current health and safety regulations, we request that children and babies are not brought into the salon.
Salon Hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness all our sterilisation equipment is approved by the local Environmental Health Officer.
Most credit and debit Cards are accepted, cash or cheque. All prices include value added tax at a current rate.
Patch testing required for clients who have never had eyelash or eyebrow tinting.
Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
